02 pre-production
Once scoped, we build your shot list, brand brief, and full production plan. For agency partners, this entire process runs behind the scenes. Your client never sees CITIZEN. Every shoot begins with a clear creative foundation so nothing is left to chance on the day.
03 production
We deploy the right creative for the market and scope. Every shoot is directed to brief and QC'd against your brand standards before anything leaves our hands. Network creatives are briefed, vetted, and held to CITIZEN's editorial standard regardless of location.
04 delivery
Assets arrive organized, labeled, and transferred via secure link within the agreed turnaround window. Retainer clients receive a monthly delivery summary and file index. Everything is ready for immediate use. No chasing files. No surprises.

Do my clients ever know CITIZEN is involved?1
No. All deliverables go out under your agency's brand. CITIZEN operates entirely behind the scenes and never communicates directly with your clients.
How far in advance do I need to book?2
Project-based engagements are typically scheduled two to three weeks out. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and first right of refusal on available dates.
Can I book production in multiple markets at once?3
Yes. CITIZEN coordinates multi-market shoots through our network. One point of contact manages all markets and ensures consistent output across locations.
What formats do deliverables come in?4
All assets are delivered via secure transfer, organized and labeled by scene, subject, and format. Video is delivered in platform-native formats. Photo is delivered full-resolution with web-optimized versions included.
Yes. CITIZEN has produced across six countries and is available for international engagements. Scope and travel are discussed during the alignment call.
